In The Kitchen is also a certified commercial kitchen. During the day, it functions as a space that supports cottage-industry food businesses and producers. We currently have several shifts available for lease.

The kitchen boasts a new professional range, and full hood, marble counters for pastry work, commercial refrigerator, a full prep room and miles of work space. In The Kitchen is wheelchair accessible.
