One of my first food friends I met when living in the Bay Area has been doing some AMAZING things recently!!

He is a magical chef, using foods that many of us have never heard of. He has also gained a lot of notice through his dinner discussions, most rececntly held at Harvard.

I am bringing Leif up because he will be cooking for a dinner at Polly’s Paladar the first weekend in JUNE…..DO NOT miss the chance to experience Leif Hendendal in the kitchen. This is an incredible evening and chance to witness a major up and coming chef in action!
