Wow I am feeling like this has been a crazy week and it is only Wednesday!! Anyone else feeling that way?
I am posting about In the Kitchen’s Spring CSK that begins May 7th! We have spaces left and I wanted to open it up to you loyal In The Kitchen devotees first!
Here are our offerings this spring!
I also wanted to mention that Jessica Flanigan is also offering a CSK under her culinary name, Lemon Star Larder! I have been the lucky recipient of this food each week this month and now I truly understand, first hand, what a blessing it is to pick up a box of lovingly prepared food each week!!
In the Kitchen is offering a SPRING CSK May 7, 14, 21 and 28!
Pick up is 4:30-6 pm at In the Kitchen
The season is changing and we are all getting ready to renew! This CSK will feature light, clean foods to help you detox for spring and summer.
SPRING CSK will include
1 quart soup
1 quart whole grain salad
1 pint either saurkraut, fresh pesto, or honey, alternating each week
8 oz house made salad dressing/marinade
Alternating weeks with 5 burritos or a savory casserole that serves 4-5 (lasagna, enchiladas, polenta and greens bake)
Optional add on items
1 loaf Breadnik bread (optional)
1 goodie from Next Level Foods (optional)
1 lacto-fermented soda, flavors may be rose and thyme, ginger root, or elderberry to name a few! (optional)
