I don’t usually post about catering events that I do. However, I am making an exception for the most recent wedding that I catered.
Last weekend I have the great pleasure to cook for a small intimate wedding at River Highlands Ranch in Smartsville, Ca.

Arugula, sliced strawberries, Pt Reyes blue cheese, toasted slivered almonds tossed in a light balsamic dressing
Roasted asparagus with a garlic-lemon olive oil drizzle, topped with ground sea salt and cracked pepper
