We have a lovely cooking class coming up on Thursday February 10th from 6-8pm, where we have partnered with Double Oak Winery. What better subjects than food and wine? Specifically, we are going to talk about how to pair wine with food. We will be pairing their delicious Chardonnay with a Caesar Salad, Zinfandel with a zesty marinara sauce and Beef Kebab’s with Wasabi Aoili sauce with their fabulous Cabernet Savingnon. Ginny Hilsman, owner of Double Oak Winery will educate you regarding the wine and Laura van den Berg, owner of Dinner Belle, will educate you regarding the food and how to prepare it at home. We look forward tasting the wine, the food and hanging out with friends or making new ones!!
