Wow last night’s class was AMAZING! I mean, any class that starts off eating actual HOT CROSS BUNS, is all right with me! Yum!

John Shulse taught a dynamic, totally hands-on class that demonstrated and showed, in a very detailed way, each and every step of his bread making technique! Students learned about bread starters and even got to take home a bread starter that has been used in John’s family for 70 years!

Look for John’s Pie making workshop later this summer…….last year he made pies with fresh, local and wild blackberries! Yum!
