Our first class of Intro to Vegetarian Indian Cuisine with Joe Meade was held and boy was it a hit!
The class made an unbelievable 9!!! Items! Apple chutney, butternut squash pakoras, braised cauliflower with chickpeas…….and a special hung yogurt dessert with saffron and rosewater!
Joe was a fabulous instructor, engaging all of the students with tasks to help them further understand the delights of Indian cooking.
At the end of class we all sat down and enjoyed a true feast, some of even ate with our right hands!
