Although Soup Night at the Broad Street Bistro is a group effort, I want to give a shout and express my deep gratitude to Joe Meade…..the vegetarian soups for this soup season have really been his brain child.
Today we are preparing a vegetarian potato chowder……soup night starts TONIGHT at 5 pm and goes until the soup runs out! Bring your own bowl and bread to share! Donations accepted at the soup table.
Here is what we have going on right now:
Bluebird Farm potatoes (also available at the farm stand tonight at the Bistro)
And a vegetable soup stock will be adding a roundness to the potato chowder.
