After a night of lots of dancing and being with wonderful friends, Joe and I rang in the first day of the year by doing what we love; cooking for our friends. In my earlier blog about the traditional new years day brunch where each of the foods represent a specific kind of good will for the new year, we took those ideas and made them our own.
