Many of you might know the works of Michael Pollan through his books, Omnivore’s Dilemma and In Defense of Food. Pollan is Knight Professor of Journalism at UC Berkeley and has also created a name for himself as being an outspoken critic of the industrial food complex as he has dubbed it. Most recently he had a sit down with Bill Moyers to discuss the state of food and agriculture policy in the United States of America.
